Metabolic Personal Training workouts use an exercise protocol that has been
designed using a combination of resistance and cardiovascular exercise.
This allows our clients to burn fat, increase strength and boost fitness fast.
We provide quality Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) and limited
One to One Personal Training (PT) for those who need more personal attention.
Just 2-3 of our Metabolic Boosting workouts per week are enough (providing
that you monitor your nutrition) for most people to burn fat and improve fitness
fast. But this doesn’t mean that you have to be super-fit to engage in one of our
training sessions. We design our workouts based around each individual client’s
abilities, plus we also encourage the use of rest as a training tool.
